According to reports Bolton Wanderers keeper Ali Al-Habsi is to soon become a permanent fixture at Wigan Athletic.
The Oman international joined the Latics on a season-long loan deal.
However, The Times claims boss Roberto Martinez is set to make that deal a permanent one.
Al-Habsi has replaced Wigan’s No 1 keeper Chris Kirkland after the latter conceded ten goals in two games.
In contrast, Al-Habsi has kept a clean sheet in both his last two outings since ousting Kirkland.
It is understood that Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is asking for £3 million for the Omani and it appears Martinez is coming round to thinking it might be good business if he helps the club keep its Premier League status.
