Blackpool FC look set to sign Bolton Wanderers defender Chris Basham.
Seasiders boss Ian Holloway’s sixth signing of the week will break the club’s transfer record should Basham make his expected £1 million move.
Wanderers boss Owen Coyle said: "Morally, I felt I had to give him the opportunity to play week-in week-out."
Already this week Blackpool boss Ollie has signed Marlon Harewood, Craig Cathcart, Ludovic Sylvestre, Elliott Grandin and Malaury Martin.
