According to reports Wigan Athletic are seeking a loan deal for Chelsea FC striker Franco di Santo.
The People claim the Blues are inviting offers for striker Franco di Santo but would prefer a permanent deal.
It seems di Santo can go to the highest bidder while the Latics are still pursuing the loan option.
The Argentine struggled on-loan at Blackburn Rovers last season.
Di Santo has been linked with Feyenoord and FC Twente also in Holland.
