According to reports Wigan Athletic are hoping to bring Chelsea FC striker Franco Di Santo to the DW Stadium.
Latics boss Roberto Martinez is hoping to secure the youngster on loan for the season.
The Spaniard is keen to bring the Argentine to DW Stadium to team up with countryman Mauro Boselli.
It is believed that the Blues are considering sending Di Santo out on loan again.
The 21-year old had a spell with Blackburn Rovers last season and reportedly wants to make a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge.
However, it seems Martinez is not keen on committing to a permanent deal at this stage.
