Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has dismissed speculation he is chasing Dusko Tosic.
Tosic, who is a free agent after a short stint with Portsmouth, was linked with a move to the DW Stadium.
However, the Serbia international has decided to play elsewhere.
"He is someone we knew was available but we are not going to do anything with that situation," said Martinez.
"I think he has a few options and the player has made his mind up."
