According to reports Newcastle United are preparing a double summer raid on Wigan Athletic.
The Sun claims the Magpies boss Chris Hughton is already preparing for life in the Premier League and is looking at bringing Titus Bramble back to St James’s Park along with Ben Watson.
Midfielder Watson joined Wigan from Crystal Palace for £2 million in January last year but has made just six league starts for them.
Bramble was shipped out of Newcastle by Sam Allardyce in 2007 with the Latics snapping up the powerful centre-half on a free.
But Hughton values the 28-year-old's experience and would welcome him back.
