Wigan Athletic visit uncompromising Stoke City mired in a relegation battle, fifth from bottom and just two points above the drop zone.

Roberto Martinez’ men have earned a meagre six points from their last nine games and will be looking to kick-start their season with a win.

The Spaniard claims his side are "getting punished for very, very little" and he can expect little sympathy from Stoke.

Wigan's Steven Gohouri is out with a hamstring injury but he is Martinez's only injury worry.

New signings Victor Moses and Marcelo Moreno are pushing for a first start, having made their debuts as substitutes at Sunderland on Saturday.

Its WIGAN v Stoke! Not Stoke v Wigan! We already played away at stoke in December, when Maynor Figueroa scored THE BEST Goal of THE SEASON
