Wigan move Wigan Athletic are pondering a deadline day bid for Leicester City striker Matty Fryatt.

The People says Latics boss Roberto Martinez is putting together a £2m package for Fryatt which could well include midfielder Ben Watson.

It is claimed that the Latics will offer the Foxes £5 million to take Fryatt off their hands.

The highly-rated Fryatt re-wrote the record books in 2008-2009 when he became the first Leicester player since Derek Dougan 42 years earlier to net 20 goals before Christmas.
