According to reports Wigan Athletic are interested in Real Mallorca defender Marti Crespi.
The Daily Mail claims Latics boss Roberto Martinez is eyeing the Spaniard.
It is understood that his club are willing to let him leave on a six-month loan with a view to a permanent deal in the summer.
Martinez is believed to see Crespi as adding much-needed strength to his porous defence.
