The Mirror claims Rangers boss Mark Hughes is eyeing the Colombian.
It is understood the Welshman, who recently took over from Neil Warnock at Loftus Road, is ready to launch a £4 million bid.
Hughes hopes to lure the striker who is a free agent in the summer.
