According to reports Wigan Athletic are interested in Bordeaux full-back Michael Ciani.
It is understood that Latics boss Roberto Martinez is eyeing the defender.
It is believed that Martinez will face competition from his Newcastle United counterpart Alan Pardew for the French full-back.
However, it seems Ciani is happy at Bordeaux.
