According to reports Wolves and Stoke City are interested in Wigan Athletic midfielder Mohamed Diame.
The Sun claims Wolves boss Mick McCarthy and his Stoke counterparts Tony Pulis are eyeing the combative midfielder.
It is understood that McCarthy is lining up a £2 million bid in January.
The 24-year-old is out of contract in the summer and has been in talks over an extension for months.
