Wigan Athletic midfielder James McCarthy believes the club is now moving in the right direction after crucial back-to-back away wins.
They are now within two points of escape from the drop zone after beating Sunderland and West Brom in their own back yards.
The Republic of Ireland international believes they are capable of now building on those confidence-boosting results.
"The main thing is that we are not worried," the highly-rated midfielder told Sky Sports News HD.
"We know we are good enough to stay in the Premier League. We have got a good enough squad and it is just about putting a good enough run of results together to kick us up that table.
"I think it's just a matter of time if we keep playing, keep passing the ball. I'm sure we will kick on."
