Preston North End midfielder late Blackpool FC target

According to reports Prston North End playmaker Richard Chaplow was a last-minute target of Blackpool FC.

The People claim the North End midfielder missed out on a return to the Premier League last week.

The former West Bromwich Albion midfielder was all set to join the Seasiders on transfer deadline day.

However, boss Ian Holloway missed out after failing to agree terms.
