Preston North End have signed teenage Manchester City striker Harry Bunn on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who has spent the last two months on loan at League One rivals Rochdale and will arrive at Deepdale on Tuesday, but he is not eligible for North End’s visit to Rochdale on Bank Holiday Monday.
A North End statement said: “The loan deal runs for the full season, including the play-off period, should North End finish in the top six.”
Bunn is the second striker to be brought in by joint caretaker-managers Graham Alexander and David Unsworth after the loan signing of 20 year old Birmingham City youngster Jake Jervis on Sunday.
Both strikers are providing cover for the injury hit North End frontline.
