Burnley FC manager Brian Laws described as ‘incredible’ his team's last-gasp 4-3 win over Championship rivals Preston North End.

Chris Iwelumo scored an impressive hat-trick and Jay Rodriguez headed home a stoppage-time winner against 10-man North End.

"That was incredible, but I thought we were really sloppy and nowhere near the standards we can produce," Laws told BBC Sport.

"The response was magnificent. This result will give us a huge lift."

Jon Parkin's goal in the 70th minute to make it 3-1 looked to have sealed the points for North End.

However, the Clarets had other ideas.
