Burnley FC striker Robbie Blake believes his side need to take all six points from their next two home games if they are to remain in the Premier League.
Blake insists the Clarets need to beat both Stoke City tomorrow night and Wolves on Saturday to get out of danger.
He told the Lancashire Telegraph: “We’re more than a match for anybody at home, and that’s what we’ve got to take into these games, teams don’t like coming here. We’re a handful.
“If we win two games, we’re mid-table and it’s a big lift to us, with a home game against Blackburn to come, Hull away, Wigan away – they’re games you can win. We’re not going to the Emirates and Old Trafford.
“But it won’t look bleak if we don’t win these two games, because I think teams in and around are doing the same thing.
“If the worst case scenario happens, I still think we have a great chance of staying up, although I don’t think that will happen, I think we’ll win the games.”
