Burnley FC goalkeeping legend dies

Legendary former Burnley FC goalkeeper Adam Blacklaw has died at the age of 72.

The club has announced that Blacklaw, who was part of the Clarets side that won the first division championship in 1960, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday evening.

After joining Burnley in 1954, the Aberdeen-born player spent 13 years at Turf Moor, making almost 400 appearances.
