Burnley FC are reported to be tracking Charlton Athletic star Nicky Bailey.
The Daily Mirror claims Charlton will lose star midfielder Bailey if they fail to get promotion to the Championship this season.
Bailey, 25, has been a revelation at The Valley since joining from Southend in August 2008 for a bargain £175,000.
It is believed that Middlesbrough are also keen on signing the ace in the summer.
