Burnley’s Coyle to allow loan moves

Clarets boss Owen Coyle has revealed he is prepared to allow some of his fringe players to go out on temporary deals as Thursday’s loan transfer deadline approaches.

Coyle has revealed that he may consider farming players out to save on wages and boost his transfer budget.

Asked whether there had been any interest from clubs ahead of the Football League loan deadline on Thursday, he told the Lancashire Telegraph: “There are one or two bits and pieces here and there

“But with the injuries we have with Jay Rodriguez, Chris McCann and Martin Paterson we’re not actually in the best position in terms of numbers to be letting anyone out on loan.

“Whether that changes when those lads come back and we’re doing better on numbers, because sometimes when lads aren’t playing here I’m quite open and receptive to that idea.”
