
Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle believes the inclusion of Kevin Davies and Gary Cahill in England’s squad this week proves the club is moving in the right direction.
Coyle reckons the change in ethos at the club that he has engendered is now paying dividends for his players.
“It shows we are going forward,” he said.
“We have only lost one game in the Barclays Premier League and the performances have been of a high standard.
“But, equally, having played so well, we would have liked to turn some of our draws into wins."
