Former Tottenham trainee Takura Mtandari has rejected a move to Bolton Wanderers.
Mtandari has chosen to move to Belgian club Charleroi.
The 20-year-old defender, who took in a spell in Spurs' academy ranks, is reported to have attracted attention from Wanderers.
The youngster, who has also taken in trials at Lincoln, Crystal Palace and Norwich in the past, feels a move to Belgium will help him fulfill his potential.
Mtandari's agent Steve Davies said: "We spoke to the owner of Charleroi and his ambitions match Takura's and he feels Belgium is the right choice at this stage of his career."
