
According to reports Bolton Wanderers are in a battle with Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United for Wolves midfielder David Jones.
The Mirror claims the 25-year-old Jones, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has seen initial negotiations over agree a new deal break down.
Jones remains keen to sign a new contract, but if he becomes a free agent at the end of the season Wanderers are expected to make a move.
Jones cost Wolves £1 million from Derby County in the summer of 2008.
