Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle believes it is perfectly natural for Adam Bogdan to feel disappointed at losing his keeping place.
The Hungarian was dropped in favour of the returning Jussi Jaaskelainen for their draw with Manchester United.
Coyle said: “Adam had been playing out of his skin and it was disappointing for him – in fact I told him to be disappointed, because of how well he had done,” he said.
“It was a big decision but as a manager, that’s what you are charged with, so we’ll do it again.”
