Bolton Wanderers target Preston North End midfielder

According to reports Preston North End midfielder Adam Barton is a target for Bolton Wanderers.

The People claims Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is set to swoop for the teenager.

The Championship side has slapped a £2 million price tag on the 19-year-old but does not appear to have deterred Coyle.

Coyle has been alerted to Barton’s displays for North End since breaking into Darren Ferguson’s team at the end of last season.

It is understood that the Scot is ready to make an offer in the January transfer window.
