According to reports former Liverpool midfielder Adam Hammill is a target of Bolton Wanderers.

The News of the World claims Wanderers will be battling with Premier League rivals Blackpool and West Bromwich Albion in January for the Barnsley winger.

It is understood that Hammill has a clause in his contract allowing him to return to the Premier League for just £500,000.

And after an impressive start to the season for the Championship club, the 22-year-old is attracting top-flight interest.
