The agent of Bolton Wanderers youngster Danny Ward has revealed the player is taking his time over deciding where to go on loan this season.

Coventry City boss Aidy Boothroyd is interested, as is Simon Grayson at Leeds and Kenny Jackett at Millwall.

Leeds appeared to be favourites given that Ward hails from Bradford, but his representative Michael O'Garra has stressed that geography is not the most important issue.

O'Garra told the South London Press, "Danny is in the lucky position of having a choice between a lot of clubs and Bolton have said they are happy for him to make his own decision.

“Whatever he decides will be purely for football reasons, not geography.

"Kenny Jackett put forward a sound and strong case for him coming to Millwall.

“He impressed the player and those who represent him. Other people have also put forward good cases."
