Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan is delighted with the recent form of Nani and in particular his display against Bolton Wanderers.
The Portugal forward was outstanding, setting up two goals with some fine wing play.
The performance at the Reebok came just days after penning a new United contract.
United No2 Mike Phelan told BBC Sport: “We’ve always believed that Nani has got great talent, good ability, fantastic physical specimen really, he is an athlete.
“We just wanted him to focus a little bit more and concentrate and this year, to be fair to him, he’s realised what potential he’s got and he’s proving to be a vital cog in the team now.
"You see him setting up two goals today, some great skill, good concentration levels and composure and we know that he’s got that, we just want to see if more often.”
