Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle believes Jack Wilshere will be an Arsenal regular next season.
Wilshere has been in fine form since joining Wanderers on loan in January.
He said: "I think he has the ability to play in their team. That is easy for me to say, but I also think Arsene Wenger believes that or he would not have let him come here.
"Arsene did the same with Nicklas Bendtner, he wants his young players to go and test themselves at the highest level. They can go back as bona fide first-team players."
Wilshere has forced his way into Bolton's side and already looks one of their most influential men - even in his teens.
Coyle added: "Playing games is the best thing for anyone's development.
"Jack is playing against the best players around and showing he is mature beyond his years. He is so clever on the ball and desperate to do well.
"I am happy to furnish him with that opportunity. He will go back to Arsenal as a better player."
