
Wanderers visit Wolves on Saturday in what can only be described as an archetypal six-pointer.
Bolton are two points ahead of Wolves and will be looking to move out of the relegation zone if they can win.
Bolton will be without their captain Kevin Davies for the trip to the Midlands as he serves a one-game ban.
Johan Elmander is expected to replace Davies in a two-pronged attack with Ivan Klasnic.
Sean Davis and Joey O'Brien are both out with long-term injuries.
Wolves are without key winger Michael Kightly as he faces up to two months out with an ankle injury.
Chris Iwelumo and Ronald Zubar are still missing but Greg Halford and Stefan Maierhofer are expected to be available.
