Bolton Wanderers centre-back Gary Cahill has finally signed for Chelsea.
The 26-year old England international has passed a medical and penned a deal with the Blues.
Cahill has moved to Stamford Bridge for a reported fee of £7 million and is looking forward to the next phase of his career in Southwest London.
"Chelsea is a massive club, it is a club that looks to win trophies season in season out and it is a big opportunity for me to be a part of that," he told the club's official website.
"Opportunities like this you can't turn down."
