Karl Oyston has revealed that Blackpool are yet to receive any offers for highly sought after skipper Charlie Adam in an interview with Sky Sports this morning.
After putting in a number of sensational performances for the Seasiders in their debut top flight campaign, speculation about the Scot's future has been rife.
The club captain has been recently linked with moves to Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers, but Oyston claims it's just 'paper talk.'
"I've had no offers or enquiries for any of our players, so you said it was paper talk and I think that is exactly what it is," Oyston said.
The acting Chief Executive also spoke about how the club plan to strengthen in the January transfer window:
"Ian and I have spoken at length about targets and who we'd like to try and bring in and we will try and bring some players in and we'll play the transfer market the same way as we always have done.
"Like all clubs do, we are trying to have the maximum benefit for the least cost and will really try and stick to our wage budget and our methods for doing business."
