Scotland boss Craig Levein has announced Stephen Crainey and Charlie Adam will start in Scotland's friendly against the Faroe Islands tonight.
Crainey will get his first taste of international football for more than six years after being drafted into the squad. His last appearance for the Scots came in a friendly defeat to Denmark in April 2004.
Adam will earn his seventh full cap for his country following numerous appearances from the bench during their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
Nine players withdrew from the squad this week, including Blackpool keeper Matt Gilks who is sidelined with a knee problem that he picked up in the goalless draw against West Ham at the weekend.
Dekel Keinan (Israel) and David Carney (Australia) are also in international action tomorrow against Iceland and Egypt respectively.
