According to reports Mamadou Bah will not be joining Blackpool FC.
The Strasbourg midfielder looked all set to move to Bloomfield Road but it seems red tape has scuppered the deal.
Vital Football say the Guinea international has decided to join Bundesliga side Stuttgart after problems arose with his visa and passport.
It appears the deal had gone as far as terms being agreed and boss Ian Holloway was all ready to welcome Bah to the Premier League.
However, it was not to be and Bah is now a Stuttgart player.
