According to reports Blackpool are targeting Rangers FC frontman Kyle Lafferty.

STV claims Seasiders boss is keen to acquire the Northern Irishman before the close of the transfer window in England at 6pm today.

Lafferty, who joined Rangers from Burnley in a £3.5 million deal in 2008, is not thought to be keen on a move, instead wanting to fight for a first-team place at Ibrox.

It is understood that the Seasiders will make a cash offer after having a loan bid rejected on Monday night.

Leeds United, Bristol City and Crystal Palace are all reported to be interested in signing the 22-year-old.
