According to reports Blackpool FC are on the verge of landing Wycombe Wanderers winger Matt Phillips.
A number of clubs have been linked with the 19-year-old but it seems Blackpool are favourites to win the race for his signature.
The Seasiders are understood to be offering a three-year deal.
Wycombe boss Gary Waddock said: "A bid has been accepted and I would expect him to go.
"It is a massive step up and a fantastic opening for him and if the deal goes through they have got an extremely talented footballer.
"I'm delighted for him and it would be wrong for us to deny any player that opportunity let alone Matty who has come through the youth system here.
"He's a young player who has done very well in a short space of time.
"There has been rumour and speculation about Matty since he had the England call-up."
