Blackpool have signed Wigan Athletic forward Nouha Dicko on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old Frenchman joined the Latics last summer from Strasbourg, but has made no first-team appearances under manager Roberto Martinez.

Dicko trained with the Seasiders today and goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s FA Cup tie with Sheffield Wednesday.

In other news, another striker has reportedly been offered terms at Bloomfield Road this afternoon, which would make him one of the highest paid players at the club.

Rumours are circulating that this could be Swansea City's Stephen Dobbie or West Brom's Roman Bednar, the former previously enjoying a successful loan spell with the Seasiders during their promotion season to the Premier League.
