Ian Holloway has issued a hands off warning to Premier League clubs interested in his players prior to the January transfer window.
The Blackpool boss revealed that a couple of top-flight sides had made inquiries about “one or two” of his players over the past week.
But with the parachute payments and the left-overs from last year’s Premier League adventure, Holloway says he has no intention of selling.
"I'll be more worried about January than most," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette.
"Luckily we have some money and that helps me fend off offers for some of these wonderful lads we've got.
"Hopefully they'll want to stay with us and they will believe in what we are doing here.
"Some things aren't in our hands, I can't really say when people might come in for our players and who comes in.
"We've already had a couple of calls about one or two of our lads.
"That's between me and the chairman, though there's no need at all for us to sell any of them."
