Blackpool have finalised a deal for Spanish defender Miguel Llera following a lengthy trial period at the club.
The 31-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the option of another after being released by Charlton Athletic at the end of last season.
The centre-back has featured a couple of times for the Seasiders during pre-season and believes he can find the net next term after scoring a spectacular free-kick in the club's recent 3-1 friendly defeat to Lancaster City.
"I like to score goals," Llera told the official website.
"I practice free-kicks every day and I've also scored quite a few with my head and I hope that I can score a couple and impress the fans.
"I think I have good quality on the ball and I am strong in the air. I know I will give 200% for the club and that is all I can do."
