Blackpool are set to launch a bid in the region of £2million for Dundee United striker David Goodwillie.
The Seasiders have been keeping tabs on the 22-year-old all summer but were waiting on the outcome of a serious sexual assault charge against the player, which was cleared yesterday.
Cardiff City and Rangers have also made offers for the in-demand forward, but it appears Blackpool are now the frontrunners to land his signature.
