Blackburn Rovers target Mills poised to leave Reading

According to reports Reading ace Matt Mills is on the verge of leaving Reading.

It is understood that Mills is a transfer target for Blackburn Rovers.

The Express & Star claims Mills is set to meet with Reading manager Brian McDermott to explain that he wants to try his luck in the Premier League.

Mills, who has a year left on his contract, has been offered a new deal by the Royals understood to be worth almost £20,000 a week.

However, the 24-year-old wants a new challenge and is believed to be also interesting Wolves and Stoke City.
