Blackburn Rover rival Liverpool and Arsenal for Birmingham defender Dann

According to reports Blackburn Rovers are interested in Birmingham City centre-back Scott Dann.

However, it is understood that they will face competition from Liverpool and Arsenal for his signature.

The People claims Liverpool and Arsenal bosses Kenny Dalglish and Arsene Wenger are keen on the 24-year-old defender.

But City want £12 million for the former England Under-21 international which is putting off both managers.

Should the price come down significantly Rovers are likely to show their interest along with Aston Villa and Stoke City.

Should come to rovers as he (Danns) is guarenteed first team football,and rovers are a team going places and 4or5 very good young players.
