According to reports Blackburn Rovers are chasing Auxerre attacker Ireneusz Jelen.
The People claims Rovers boss Steve Kean is eyeing the the Poland international.
Jelen is a proven scorer in France with 48 goals in 138 games.
It is understood the Pole is set to move after five years France’s top flight.
It is believed that Rovers will face competition from Premier League rivals Fulham, Norwich City and Swansea City.
