According to reports Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is eyeing a loan deal for Manchester United striker Mame Biram Diouf.

The Daily Mail claims the Senegal striker is likely to go out on loan next season.

Diouf made a handful of appearances in the second half of last season but may find first-team opportunities extremely limited next term.

The capture of Mexican Javier Hernandez has increased competition up front and 22-year-old Diouf could be farmed out.

The young marksman arrived at Old Trafford from Molde in January.
