Everton FC frontman James Vaughan is reportedly a target for Blackburn Rovers.
The Mirror claims Vaughan has been told he can leave Goodison Park.
It is understood that Toffees boss David Moyes is prepared to allow the striker to leave so long as the club’s £1.5 million valuation is met.
He spent two injury-hit loan spells at Derby County and Leicester City last season but still appeals to Rovers boss Sam Allardyce.
