According to reports Aston Villa are willing to offload midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker alerting the likes of Premier League rivals Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers.
However, it seems Villa are pricing him out of the market.
The Mirror claims the Midlands club is looking to raise funds and have placed a £4 million price tag on Reo-Coker.
The midfielder, signed from West Ham in July 2007 for £7.5 million has been made available for transfer.
The 26-year-old’s days at Villa seem numbered after his bust-up with boss Martin O’Neill last season, but the valuation is beyond the means of Rovers and will need to be lowered if their interest is to continue.
