Blackburn Rovers defender Chris Samba has revealed his teammates are upset for goalkeeper Paul Robinson.

30-year-old Robinson hobbled off in the 3-1 defeat at former club Tottenham on Saturday with a calf injury.

Although tests are still being carried out, the early prognosis is that he will be out for four to six weeks.

Samba said: "We're all hoping it's not too bad for Paul.

"It's not just for Blackburn, he has the World Cup coming up."
