Rovers open contract talks with star midfielder Dunn

The Lancashire Telegraph reports that Rovers have begun contract negotiations with David Dunn.

The club is desperate to keep the influential midfielder at Ewood Park for the long-term.

Dunn, who is currently in the form of his life, sees his current deal expires in the summer.

The club is therefore keen to tie him down given he is attracting the attention of a number of clubs amid calls for him to be handed a call-up to the England squad.
