West Bromwich Albion signing Keith Andrews has attacked the owners of his former club Blackburn Rovers.

Andrews admitted he could not stand the thought of staying at Rovers a minute longer.

He said: "The fans aren't happy with the takeover and I can see why.

"With the players who have left and the players who have come in, the club is going in one direction and that's down."
