According to reports Atletico Mineiro midfielder Richarlyson is a target for Blackburn Rovers.
The People claims Rovers boss Steve Kean is eyeing the 29-year-old defensive midfielder.
It is understood he is available on a cheap deal from the Brazilian club.
Richarlyson was capped twice by Brazil four seasons ago and played in their 1-0 win over the Republic of Ireland.
